Once submitted, we’ll review your information and prepare the next steps to get your device repaired quickly and efficiently.

Step 2: Package Your Device Securely and Ship It to Us

After submitting the form, you’ll receive an email from us with a shipping label and an initial quote for the repair. Carefully package your device using bubble wrap and a sturdy box to prevent any damage during transit. Attach the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. This ensures that your device reaches us safely and in good condition.

Step 3: We Receive, Diagnose, and Repair Your Device

Once we receive your device, our expert technicians will thoroughly diagnose the issue. We’ll confirm the final cost based on our findings and proceed with the repair as soon as we have your approval. Our goal is to repair your device quickly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.

Step 4: We Return Your Repaired Device

After the repair is completed and the invoice is paid, we will carefully package your device and send it back to you. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the return shipment. Your device will arrive fully repaired and ready to use, backed by our warranty on the parts replaced.

  • To ensure your device arrives safely, please use:

    • Bubble wrap or similar protective padding to securely wrap your device

    • A sturdy box that fits the device snugly to prevent movement during transit

    • The provided shipping label attached to the package
      Proper packaging helps protect your device from damage during shipping.

  • Once we receive your device, our standard turnaround time for repairs is 2-3 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and our current workload. Shipping times will vary based on your location.

  • After you submit the Mail-In Submission Form, you will receive an initial quote based on the information provided. Once we receive your device and complete a full diagnosis, we’ll confirm the final cost before proceeding with the repair.

  • Invoices will be sent electronically to your email once the repair is complete. We accept all major credit cards through Squarespace.

    We understand fixing your devices can be expensive so also offer financing through Klarna and AfterPay.

    Payment must be made in full before we ship your repaired device back to you.

  • We stand by the quality of our work. All repairs come with a 1-year warranty on both the workmanship and the parts replaced. If you experience any issues related to the repair within this period, please contact us for assistance.
