1. What types of cell phones do you repair?

  • Answer: We repair a wide range of devices, including all models of Apple iPhones and iPads, Samsung phones, as well as devices from brands like Huawei, Oppo, OnePlus, TCL, LG, Motorola, ZTE, Google, and ASUS.

2. What types of tablets do you repair?

3. How long does a typical repair take?

  • Answer: Most repairs are completed same business day and mail-in repairs are normally completed in 2-3 business days once we receive your device. The exact time may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and our current workload.

4. Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

  • Answer: Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all workmanship and parts replaced during the repair. This warranty covers issues related to the repair but does not cover new damage or unrelated issues.

5. How much will my repair cost?

  • Answer: The cost of repairs varies depending on the type of repair and the device model. We provide an initial quote based on the information you provide, and a final cost will be confirmed after we diagnose your device.

6. How do I ship my device to you for repair?

  • Answer: Simply fill out our online Mail-In Submission Form, securely package your device, and use the shipping label we provide to send your device to us.

7. What if I have sensitive data on my device?

  • Answer: We recommend backing up and removing any sensitive data before sending in your device. While we take care to protect your data, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

8. Can I get a quote before sending or bringing my device?

  • Answer: Yes, for mail-in repairs you can get an initial quote by filling out the Mail-In Submission Form, for all others, simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page. After diagnosing your device, we’ll confirm the final cost before proceeding with the repair.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Answer: We accept all major credit cards through Squarespace. We also offer financing through Klarna and AfterPay. Payment is required in full before we return your repaired device.

10. Do you offer discounts?

  • Answer: Yes, we offer discounts for first responders, military members, and teachers. Please provide the appropriate identification when submitting your repair.

11. How do I track my repair status?

  • Answer: Once your device is received and the repair is underway, we’ll keep you updated via email or text. You’ll also receive tracking information when your device is shipped back to you.

12. What if my device can’t be repaired?

  • Answer: If we determine that your device is beyond repair, we’ll contact you with alternative options. You may choose to have the device returned as-is or disposed of according to our policy.

13. Can I walk into your shop instead of mailing in my device?
