Welcome to Zia Tech Repairs LLC ("Zia Tech Repairs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (www.ziatechrepairs.com), requesting service, or opting in to our SMS communications, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

1. Services Provided: Zia Tech Repairs provides diagnostic and repair services for consumer electronics, including mobile phones, tablets, computers, gaming systems, and smartwatches. Services include but are not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, software troubleshooting, and mail-in repair options. Availability may vary by device.

2. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate contact and device information.

  • Confirm ownership or proper authorization for the device submitted.

  • Back up data prior to service, as we are not responsible for data loss.

3. Payment and Invoicing

  • Estimates are provided prior to service. Final charges may vary.

  • Full payment is required before the release or shipment of the device.

  • We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal via secure processors.

4. Shipping and Mail-In Service

  • Customers must ship devices using a traceable method.

  • We offer complimentary return shipping.

  • We are not responsible for devices lost or damaged during transit to our location.

5. SMS Communication Policy: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages, including:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Repair status updates

  • Service confirmations and follow-ups

Message frequency varies depending on service interaction. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support. Consent is not a condition of service. Opt-out can also be initiated by contacting support@ziatechrepairs.com or calling (575) 205-2283.

Verbal Consent Script (for Staff Use): “Just so you know, we send text messages with updates about your repair, appointments, and support. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP anytime to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Do I have your permission to text you?”

6. Warranty and Returns

  • We offer a 90-day limited warranty on repairs and parts.

  • Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed during the repair.

  • It excludes liquid damage, user-inflicted damage, and unrelated issues.

7. Liability Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zia Tech Repairs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid.

8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

9. Revisions: Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
