Our consumer repair business is home based and operates by appointment only. Pickup and drop-off arrangements are available subject to scheduling. An inquiry does not confirm an appointment, reserve a price, or create a service agreement.

Estimates and pricing

Published prices and ranges are informational. Actual pricing depends on the device, parts, issue, and agreed scope. Ask for an estimate and clarification of applicable diagnostic fees before service. Computer diagnostics are $50, waived if the repair is completed. Hardware repair ranges exclude parts.

Parts and workmanship

OEM parts are offered where available; reliable aftermarket options are also offered through our vendors. Parts options are discussed for the specific repair. A 90-day warranty is offered on parts and workmanship. Contact us with your repair details to request warranty support. The warranty start date, claim process, remedies, and any exclusions must be documented in the repair agreement. These website terms do not reduce rights available under applicable law.

Device data and access

Please discuss backup needs and any necessary device access before service. Do not send passwords, device passcodes, or sensitive files through a general inquiry. Data backup and transfer are non-forensic services. Requirements for handling device data should be confirmed with your repair agreement.

Zia Retro Rescue

Contact us before donating consoles, games, or accessories. Acceptance and handoff arrangements are confirmed individually. Restored donated items are intended for resale. The initiative is not represented as a tax-deductible charity. No sales or online checkout are processed on this website.

Discounts

First responder and teacher discounts are offered. Ask about eligibility and the applicable discount before approving service.
